Prada announces the release of a new Timecapsule NFT collection, coming on January 5

Prada announces its upcoming Timecapsule NFT drop #8
Fashion fans have the possibility to mint one of the shirts and NFTs on January 5, starting at 3 PM CET
Luxury fashion brand Prada announces the upcoming launch of its eighth Timecapsule NFT collection.
The exclusive phygital drop makes part of the Prada Crypted project, which was first launched in December 2019. Each month, the Italian company releases limited-edition fashion garments for its most active and innovative fans. At the beginning of this year, Prada started issuing non-fungible tokens that back exclusive physical items.
Timecapsule #37 is set to drop on January 5 at 3 PM CET. Fifty pieces will be available for minting for 24 hours only.
Just like in the previous months, the release will feature unisex shirts. In January, Prada opted for prints made by Italian photographer Enzo Ragazzini. The photographs were created in 1969 and were then digitized in 2017. Notably, Ragazzini used mechanical devices he had invented to produce the circular and horizontal patterns printed on the shirts. The back of the shirts features a “January” print along with the brand’s triangle logo.
The limited-edition shirts, accompanied by exclusive NFTs, grant holders access to the Prada Crypto community. More than that, one lucky community member will have the opportunity to visit Prada Menswear Fall/Winter 2023 fashion show, which will take place on January 15 in Milan.
The company has previously offered a similar experience in September of this year. Back then, a community member named Basha was invited to attend Prada’s Spring/Summer 2023 Womenswear show, received a private tour of the collection, and enjoyed a three-Michelin-star dinner in the company of crypto and fashion influencers.
