WordPress Releases an AI-Powered Writing Assistant
In Brief
Website builder WordPress has released JetPack AI Assistant, an AI-powered tool for writing.
WordPress users can try the assistant for free.
Website builder WordPress has announced the launch of JetPack AI Assistant. The new tool will help users craft professional content with the help of intuitive artificial intelligence.
WordPress developed the assistant to help users write and edit blog posts. Integrated into the editor interface, the feature is already available on the platform.
Individuals that host their WordPress blogs on other platforms can access the tool via the JetPack plugin. Additionally, to its writing features, the plugin enables users to enhance security, marketing, and anti-spam initiatives.
So, to write a blog post using artificial intelligence, users must find the “AI Assistant” block on WordPress. Then, they must “feed” a prompt to the Assistant. The tool will then create a blog tailored to one’s needs – including text, detailed pages, comprehensive tables, and structured lists.
Writers can even tailor the tone of their posts to match certain styles, from formal tone to conversational one.
JetPack AI Assistant can also generate fitting titles and provide concise summaries based on one’s content. More than that, the artificial intelligence-powered tool can translate text into numerous languages.
“This powerful tool lets you generate diverse content on command, reducing the time and effort you spend on content creation,” writes WordPress in a blog post.
Notably, WordPress users can try the AI Assistant for free. The basic package includes a quota of 20 requests, prompt-based content generation, an adaptive tone adjustment tool, text, tables, and lists generation, superior spelling and grammar correction, and title and summary generation.
The upgraded package is available for €11 per month. It includes all “free” features, as well as high-volume request access and priority support.
