RTFKT tease upcoming apparel collection and IRL events
RTFKT Studios, a creator-led organization focused on NFT, blockchain, and AR has revealed a future collaboration with Nike and a live event in NYC.
The company has previously collaborated with Jeff Staple, Atari, Kaikai Kiki, and Epic Games.
On April 29th, RTFKT announced an upcoming collaboration with Nike. We are expecting it to be a merchandise collection, featuring wearables designed for ‘special functions.’ The official Instagram of RTFKT says it’s going to include ‘AR tracking,’ so we might suppose the clothes could be used in the Ready-Player-One style.
The collection will include a black hoodie and other wearables rumored to be released in digital and physical versions.
RTFKT has announced it will host a real-life event for the CloneX holders. The final reveal of the CloneX NFTs happened today and the collection features 20,000 next-generation Avatars, created in collaboration with a Japanese artist Takashi Murakami.
The events will take place in New York City from May 10 until May 14.
The moderator of the RTFKT community has shared the timeline and locations, including Nobu restaurant, Museum of Modern Art, Central Park, and other places.
The current floor price of the CloneX collection is 19.7 ETH (approximately $55,200) with 188K ETH of volume traded.
