Metaverse Fundraising Weekly Report #1
This week’s fundraising updates for blockchain, Metaverse and tech companies.
April 4th:
Dank Bank raised $4.2M. Among the investors of the NFT platform: Capital, Samsung Next, Morningstar Ventures, Starry Night Capital and Kyros Ventures.
OnePlanet has raised $3.3M. NFT marketplace funding round led by Hashed and supported by Galaxy Interactive, Animoca Brands, SkyVision Capital, Pala and SNOW.
DEX Trisolaris, based on Near has closed private fundraising round, amount not revealed. The round was led by Electric Capital.
April 5th:
Hivemapper has raised $18M. Multicoin Capital, Craft Ventures, Solana Labs, Shine Capital, Spark Capital, Founder Collective are among Series A round investors.
Parallel Finance has raised $5M at a $500M valuation with Coinbase, StarkWare and Section 32.
Boba Network сlosed $45M Series A round at $1.5B valuation with CryptoCom, Huobi, Hypersphere, Infinite Capital, Hack VC, GBV, Alliance DAO, BitMart, Shima Capital, Genblock, Rarestone and others.
Leap wallet based on Terra closed $3.2M in private sale round. The investors are CoinFund, Pantera Capital, Arrington Capital, Accel, and Terraform Labs and others.
April 6th:
Polemos, a GameFi platform raised $14M in seed round at $100M valuation. The main investors of the round are Framework Ventures and Delphi Digital. Supported by QCP, GoldenTree, IOSG, LD Capital and others.
Ready Player DAO raised $10.2M in financing round led by The Chernin Group. The round was supported by 1kx, ConsenSys Mesh, Fourth Revolution Capital, Hashed, Koji and SterlingVC.
NEAR Protocol has raised $350M. The round was led by Tiger Global, supported by Republic Capital, Hashed, FTX Ventures, Dragonfly Capital and others.
April 8th:
Improbable, the Metaverse startup has raised $150M during private fundraising round. Among the investors: a16z, SoftBank, Mirana Ventures, Digital Currency Group, Alliance DAO, CMT Digital and Morgan Creek Capital.
LOVO (Voiceverse Origins) has raised $6.5M. The AI-Backed Voice NFTs startup was supported by Hashed, PKO Investments, Animoca Brands and others.
Community Gaming raised $16M with the support of Softbank, Animoca, Binance Labs, ConsenSys Mesh, Coinfund, Hashed, Griffin Partners, Shima Capital and Multicoin Capital.
Porter Finance has closed $5M in seed round. The DAO credit marketplace was supported by ParaFi Capital, Dragonfly Capital, Nascent Ventures and others.
