Intel provided a number of practical applications that target important societal concerns in order to illustrate the revolutionary potential of AI. Among these is the partnership with Cochin University of Science and Technology to create an AI-driven cancer screening program that has a remarkable 98% detection accuracy. This demonstrates how AI has the power to completely transform healthcare by making it possible to identify and treat life-threatening illnesses early on.
NeurIPS 2023, the premier worldwide gathering for developers, researchers, and academic professionals centered around artificial intelligence and computer vision technologies, is where Intel Labs is presenting some of its most noteworthy and industry-first AI discoveries. Presenting state-of-the-art AI research and discussing the company’s “AI Everywhere” goal with a broad range of innovators and thought leaders, Intel Labs will be at NeurIPS 2023. Intel Labs will deliver 31 presentations during the conference, comprising 12 main conference papers, 19 workshop papers, and booth #405 demonstrations. In addition to graph learning, multi-modal generative AI, and AI algorithms and optimization technologies for usage across AI use cases like drug discovery, materials science, and climate modeling, the study is focused on innovative models, techniques, and tools for AI applications in science.
In addition, Intel Labs will host the “AI for Accelerated Materials Discovery (AI4Mat) Workshop” on Dec. 15, which will provide a platform for AI researchers and material scientists to tackle challenges in AI-driven materials discovery and development.
