US parametric hurricane reinsurance is now part of Kettle’s expanded offering thanks to a partnership with Reask, a provider of catastrophe modeling, climate analytics, and data using artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques. Kettle is a deep-learning and artificial intelligence (AI) MGA with a focus on reinsurance.
Given that both Kettle and Reask are sophisticated users of artificial intelligence and other technologies, their pairing is encouraging for the parametric risk transfer market’s future growth.
