Opera introduces deep NFT analytics tool DegenKnows, adds support for NEAR, Elrond, and Fantom
In Brief
Web3 browser Opera has revealed DegenKnows, a tracking and discovery tool with on-chain and off-chain analytics.
The tool helps users to navigate and better understand NFT projects, as well as gain insights from social media communities.
Opera has also integrated Near Protocol (NEAR), Elrond (EGLD), and Fantom (FTM).
Web browser Opera has launched the NFT analytics tool, DegenKnows. The next-generation tool enables the discovery, verification, and analysis of NFT projects with on-chain and off-chain data. On top of that, Opera has integrated Near Protocol (NEAR), Elrond (EGLD), and Fantom (FTM) blockchains. The browser already supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Polygon, among other networks.
“DegenKnows API service helps platforms, institutions, communities and other business partners retrieve, manage and analyze both on-chain and social real-time data with deep market insights,”
the company introduced its features.
DegenKnows allows users to explore NFTs before the launch through “On Sale and Upcoming NFT Projects” on the “Recommended” page. The charts explore how well-received projects are in Twitter and Discord communities. Users can additionally view top-rated pre-mint projects.
The Nsider Index shows a “real-time measurement of alpha communities’ interest level in the project. The higher the index, the more credibility and potential the project has.”
Further analysis includes the Interested Nsiders Number, Floor Price, Buy/Sell Index, Twitter Follower change, Mentions, and First Time Sales. The tools can help NFT beginners and investors be more aware of the market and understand how reliable a project is. Another huge help for NFT newbies will be the Smart Filter feature that enables users to filter out NFT collections that appear to be scams and wash trade projects.
Additional tools on DegenKnows include discovering the most hyped NFT collections on social media, information about projects’ founders, smart money and whale mints, the market overview, and more.
In addition, the platform allows users to turn on smart alerts and add selected whales, wallets, and collections to a watch list.
“46% of NFT contracts have potential risks & 19% have been highly risky. DegenKowns contributes to weeing out potential scams in the NFT space,”
DegenKnows wrote on Twitter.
In the same blog post, Opera introduced human-readable handles (username@opera) for digital wallets through the Foundation for Interwallet Operability (FIO).
Opera established the world’s first Web3 browser in January. It supports crypto wallet extensions and dApp interactions. Through Opera, users can access DegenKnows for free until the end of 2022.
