NFT collection Moonbirds signs with United Talent Agency to become a global brand
In Brief
Moonbirds’ parent company PROOF signed with Universal Talent Agency
The partnership aims to make Moonbirds a recognizable brand beyond the NFT community.
Moonbirds’ parent company, PROOF Collective, has signed with Beverly Hills-based United Talent Agency.
Kevin Rose and Justin Mezzell co-founded PROOF Collective in July 2021. In April 2022, the company released a 10,000-piece NFT collection dubbed Moonbirds, which became blue-chip thanks to the great marketing strategies.
United Talent Agency, which has been on the market for 32 years, specializes in a variety of entertainment-related spheres, including music, film, video games, sports, television, books, marketing, fine arts, branding, and licensing.
UTA’s head of web3, Lesley Silverman, will help transform Moonbirds into a recognizable global brand. United Talent Agency and PROOF will promote the collection among existing web3 fans and new audiences beyond the NFT community.
After the announcement, the floor price of the NFT collection increased from 9 ETH to 10 ETH. The current floor price of Moonbirds is 9.59 ETH (approximately $12,650 at the time of writing).
Moonbirds is not the first NFT project to sign with United Talent Agency. In April of 2022, a zombie-inspired NFT collection Deadfellaz signed with UTA to become a global brand. In fact, after the announcement, it partnered with the jean brand Wrangler to release a limited-edition denim collection. Before that, well-known NFT collections CryptoPunks, Meets, and Autoglyphs were also signed with UTA.
