MultiversX Unveils Web3 Partnerships with Google Cloud and Telekom
In Brief
MultiversX has announced two significant partnerships in the Web3 space.
The company has partnered with Google Cloud to advance Web3 capabilities and with Deutsche Telekom MMS to enhance network security.
Blockchain company focused on the metaverse, MultiversX recently announced new partnerships with Google Cloud and Telekom, that aim to enhance AI and big data integration in the Web3.
The company’s smart contract platform collaboration with Google Cloud is a strategy to drive the development of blockchain-powered tools and Web3 solutions harnessing AI. Likewise Deutsche Telekom has joined the MultiversX Network as a validator, overseeing transactions, block creation and network security.
The announcement for Google Cloud was shared during a discussion at the xDay Conference, featuring representatives from major tech companies, government officials, and influential experts. Beniamin Mincu, CEO of MultiversX, and Daniel Rood, Head of Web3 EMEA at Google Cloud, expressed their mutual commitment to accelerating the expansion of Web3.
MultiversX’s sharded architecture, capable of handling over 100,000 transactions per second, has become the favored backend solution for real-world applications in various sectors. This is attributed to advancements in token standards and smart accounts, attracting institutions like the European digital assets marketplace ICI D|SERVICES and Audi’s in-car virtual reality platform, holoride.
The integration of MultiversX’s network with Google Cloud’s BigQuery, a serverless data warehouse with a built-in query engine, streamlines the execution of large-scale blockchain projects. This synergy empowers Web3 developers and users to glean valuable insights from data analytics and AI tools, making data on addresses, transacted amounts, smart contract interactions and more easily accessible.
Rood emphasized the exciting opportunities for Web3 developers to build and scale rapidly:
“Our partnership with MultiversX will allow us to expand our strategy further and solidify our position as one of the main innovation drivers in the blockchain world.”
Furthermore, this partnership empowers ecosystem builders to leverage Google Cloud’s advanced tools and services, enhancing the performance and scalability of their non-blockchain components for dApps. The collaboration initiated its first joint endeavor at the xDay Hackathon, offering up to $1 million in prizes and funding, with Google Cloud leading the Artificial Intelligence track.
In the months ahead, MultiversX and Google Cloud aim to deepen their collaboration in integrating and supporting the MultiversX network, exploring new avenues to aid startups on their path to growth and scalability.
