Fvckrender drops a phygital NFT collection

Fvckrender to release a limited-edition NFT collection in partnership with Avant Arte

Vancouver-based digital artist Fvckrender, real name Frederic Duquette, partners with an art platform Avant Arte to release a limited-edition NFT collection.
The artist has developed a set of unique phygital sculptures. Each physical piece comes with a corresponding non-fungible token, and the new sculpture owners will have the possibility to claim the NFTs after the purchase.
The artworks come in two types. Entitled “Touched” and “Feel,” they both feature a face mask with three outstretched hands touching it. “Touched” is available in 20 editions, while “Feel” comes in 12.
Both pieces represent a period of a personal crisis in the artist’s life:
“Art is a way to clear my mind. It’s a way to celebrate the wins and leave behind the losses,”
says Fvckrender.
The artworks cost €3,355 and €5,185, respectively. Individuals can pay with a bank card, crypto, or PayPal.
In August, noted singer The Weeknd purchased 47 artworks worth $70,000 from Fvckrender’s previous NFT drop, “FVCK_CRYSTAL.” As of November 11, the collection generated a total volume of 11.774 ETH (almost $15 million at the time of writing). Fvckrender has also developed an NFT collection of limited-edition perfume in partnership with David and Kavi Moltz of fragrance brand D.S. & Durga.
Duquette currently works on his gaming and NFT platform, Lvcidia, and actively participates in the project’s community chats.
