Romanian startup, FlowX.ai, known for its expertise in assisting large corporations with digitalization, has successfully secured $35 million in a Series A funding round. Dawn Capital, a prominent London-based venture capital firm, led the investment. The round also saw participation from previous investors, including Day One Capital and PortfoLion from Hungary, as well as SeedBlink from Romania, raising $9 million.

This funding milestone not only marks a significant achievement for FlowX.ai but also sets a new record in the enterprise software sector, as it stands as the largest Series A funding in enterprise software within the past 18 months. The round also set a record for the largest Series A round in the Romanian startup ecosystem.

The funds will catalyze FlowX.ai’s ambitious expansion plans and facilitate its ability to keep up with the ever-increasing demand for advanced technological solutions. With its team based in Romania and headquarters in the United States, FlowX.ai is determined to leverage the investment to accelerate the adoption of its technology among a wider customer base.

FlowX.ai, founded in 2020 by Romanian entrepreneurs, provides a solution that enables large enterprises to seamlessly integrate their diverse existing systems onto a unified platform. The integration allows companies to develop modern digital products using AI without extensive modifications to legacy technologies or deep technical expertise. FlowX.ai’s approach stands out for its affordability and efficiency, with the digitization process taking just a few weeks instead of months. With the recent addition of capital, the startup will expand its portfolio of AI-based solutions, which currently include various tools such as generative user experience and predictive analytics.

FlowX.ai boasts a team of nearly 50 professionals and has already made significant strides in the financial sector, catering to prominent financial institutions like Hungary’s OTP, Romania’s Banca Transilvania, and Greece’s Alpha Bank. To enhance its reach, the company collaborates closely with renowned system integrators such as IBM and KPMG.
