F1 Amber Lounge releases membership NFTs
Formula1 Amber Lounge has launched a collection of 1,888 invite-only NFT memberships.
Amber Lounge is a world-known VIP venue that hosts luxurious events after Grand Prix occasions. The club started its parties in 2003 and remains one of the most prestigious locations attended by Kim Kardashian, Naomi Campbell, Lewis Hamilton, and other celebrities.
NFT holders will enjoy lifetime access to VIP parties held by Amber Lounge, as well as other international VIP Pop-Up events. The Lounge hosts Grand Prix after-parties following the Formula 1 circuit: Monaco, Singapore, Mexico City, Shanghai, and Abu Dhabi.
Amber Lounge plans to add Miami and Las Vegas to the U.S. Formula 1 circuits in 2023. The company will throw additional parties in Ibiza and Bali this summer.
“We’re already lining up multiple collaborations with major artists and brands for exclusive NFTs to drop at our parties, and we have a number of Metaverse events in the works. NFTs are going to be the next big thing in the high-end nightlife scene, and Amber Lounge is at the forefront of this movement,” said Cher Ng, the CEO of Amber Lounge.
1,888 NFT memberships will be available for sale. Only 30 of these will grant the holders access to Amber’s signature events, such as private dinners and networking parties. Top tier members will also receive custom-designed champagne box sets.
The company will use the other 112 NFTs for promotional and marketing purposes.
