Chain Runners launches an XR project
Chain Runners is an NFT project created by a team of builders well-known for their experience in the tech and gaming industry and they just released the genesis NFT collection. It includes 10,000 PFP artworks with a variety of traits. The project was released under a full Creative Commons License, which allows holders to use images for any purpose, including commercial.
In January 2022, developers announced the creation of the Chain Runners Metaverse.
Its name is Chain Runners XR (the XR stands for extended reality). Players can mint tokens which will be used as avatars in a variety of digital experiences. Holders can also integrate the assets into any Metaverse, game, or space.
Minting starts with a cyberpunk-style video, which brings users to a place called “Limb0”. In the process, minting also includes a fun brain game similar to Wordle, and a Sudoku competition.
Every Genesis Chain Runners holder can now claim an XR version of their NFT for free. Chain Runners is a community-driven project, so it’s no surprise that holders are excited about the minting process and the games.
The current floor price of the genesis collection is 0.297 ETH (approximately $600), 12.9K ETH of volume traded. The minting of the XR collection is currently live and starts at 0.1 ETH.
